Community Guidelines

VISO is a place to meet people from around the world. These guidelines apply to everything on VISO — profiles, messages, calls, live rooms, party rooms, posts and gifts. They are part of our Terms of Service.

Be real

• Use your own photos and be honest about who you are. No impersonation, fake profiles or misleading age or gender.
• Appear live when you are live. Playing recorded video, using someone else's image or pointing the camera at a screen to fake a call is not allowed.
• One person, one account. No bulk accounts, bots or automation.

Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking or unwanted sexual advances.
• No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability or illness.
• No content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or dangerous activities.

Keep it appropriate

• No nudity, sexual acts or sexually explicit content, and no offering or requesting sexual services.
• No content involving minors in any sexual or harmful context — see our Child Safety Standards.
• No graphic violence, illegal drugs, weapons sales or other illegal goods and services.

Keep it safe and fair

• No scams: never ask other users for money, bank details, crypto or gifts in exchange for promises, and never send money to someone you have only met online.
• No spam, advertising or moving users to other apps for commercial purposes.
• No selling or buying of accounts, coins or items outside VISO, and no abuse of purchases, refunds or promotions.
• Respect privacy: do not share other people's personal information, and do not record or screenshot calls and streams without consent.

Reporting and enforcement

Report anything that breaks these rules from the profile, chat or room menu. Our team reviews reports with the help of automated tools. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, issue warnings, limit features, or suspend or permanently ban accounts and devices. Serious harm and illegal content are reported to the authorities.
