- Users are responsible for what they share. Content in profiles, messages, calls and rooms is created by users and does not reflect the views of Orango Pte. Ltd. We moderate the Service but cannot check everything in real time.
- Meet people safely. We do not conduct background checks. Verification badges confirm that a profile's photos match a live person; they do not guarantee anyone's identity, intentions or behaviour.
- Never send money. VISO staff will never ask for your password, verification codes or payment outside the app. Do not send money, gift cards, bank details or crypto to people you meet online. Report anyone who asks.
- Coins and items have no cash value. Only buy coins inside the app or from official channels shown in the app. We are not responsible for losses from unauthorised resellers.
- Translation is automatic. Real-time translations may contain mistakes and should not be relied on for important decisions.
- Third-party links and services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
- Availability. We aim to keep VISO available but may interrupt it for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control.
